Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Nicole Donahue and I have been a counselor since 2017. I am a graduate of UTSA. I have worked in various backgrounds from juvenile therapy, to veteran IOP, school behavioral counselor, and military community. I have focused on adjustment, grief and trauma when it comes to trainings. I cater my modality of treatment to the clients needs.

My approach to therapy

I utilize motivational interviewing and sound board what the client is sharing to process the hear back. I use narrative therapy for trauma and CBT as a base for majority of sessions if appropriate for the client.

What you can expect from me

First session is geared towards getting to know you, the client. To explore what your goals and hopes are for sessions and what you want from me.
