A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is meeting clients where they are and offering a nurturing environment. I utilize theories that are based in person centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, and other creative techniques. I tailor treatment to each individual client depending on their needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to move at their own pace while receiving empathetic support. I believe the client knows themselves best and I strive to create an environment where they feel empowered, accepted, and heard. We will collaborate together to create goals that meet your needs.
