Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Nicole. My goal is to help clients navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges with clarity and confidence. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can feel supported, understood, and equipped to create meaningful change in your life

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) I received my Master's in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania and have worked in many different capacities as a Social Worker. I have experience working in K-12 schools as a school social worker and at the University level coaching students. I've trained in a hospital, schools, inpatient facilities, private practice, and a University setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices to help you understand your patterns, build meaningful coping tools, and create sustainable change. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen carefully, answer your questions, and work with you to start building a supportive, personalized plan for growth and coping.
