Great to meet you!

My team and I work from the foundation that you are the expert, and people who work with us say they appreciate our non-judgmental, warm, yet direct approach. We strive to create a safe environment, and you will never be forced to share things you don't feel comfortable sharing.

My approach to therapy

Together, my associates and I at SolRiver Counseling use a flexible approach, tailoring the counseling experience to the individual needs and style of each client. We work from a solution-focused and psychodynamic framework, exploring patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotions. We find it is also important to consider an individual's personality and family history so as to address the underlying causes of a problem.

What you can expect from me

You go to work and no one can tell you’re struggling inside. The self-contempt, criticism, and doubt are real and relentless. You want to reach out for help but feel guilty, even selfish. Counseling with SolRiver Counseling will change how you see the world and how you interact with the people in your life. We make it a point to help you learn life-long coping skills and find more motivation in your day-to-day living which will improve your overall sense of self-confidence, peace, & happiness.
