Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 years in the field. I have worked with clients from as young as 3 to the elderly, in areas such as anxiety, depression, family communication, addiction, bipolar disorder and psychosis. I also have a specialty in the treatment of trauma. I will always work together with my clients to develop goals that are manageable, achievable, and client specific. I look forward to working with you in your journey to a healthier life!

I believe in giving people practical tools within the first couple of sessions that can help them start to feel better right away. We will learn the skills in session and then practice them together, so you can confidently take them away with you as homework to start to reduce your distress!

In our first session, we will complete an intake assessment. We will get some history, see what your concerns are, and set some goals for the rest of your therapy journey at the end of the session! In following sessions, you will have the space to talk about the things that are taking up the most space inside your head, as we work together to find ways to cope with stressors, reduce feelings such as anxiety and depression, and increase strengths such as communication, boundaries and self image.
