Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. Wherever you are, I’m here to meet you there. I have experience working with individuals across a wide range of ages and with many different concerns. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate the challenges and transitions that come with growing up.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should not be the same experience for everyone. You are your own person, with your own story, strengths, challenges, and experiences, and I believe your therapy should reflect that. I take a compassionate and individualized approach, getting to know you and working together to find the approaches that feel most comfortable and helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and talk openly without fear of judgment. Most importantly, I want our work together to feel collaborative. You know yourself and your life better than anyone, and I see my role as walking alongside you—not telling you who you should be or how you should feel.
