Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't have to have everything figured out before we meet. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, ask questions, laugh when it feels right, and be honest about what's really going on. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and challenged in ways that help you grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic approach to therapy, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you as you create meaningful change. Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care when they fit your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been going on in your life, and what you're hoping to get out of the process. There's no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, answer any questions you have, and work together to create a plan that feels right for you.
