Great to meet you!

Finding a safe and comfortable place where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgement or worry can be a difficult task. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2022, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who have varying mental health diagnosis. I offer a place where my clients can speak their minds and discuss their personal issues and concerns without fear of judgement. My clients will feel understood and validated regardless of what they are going through.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach and techniques to empower my clients in gaining the insight needed to come to their own conclusions and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Using a warm and accepting environment, my clients will be able to put their words into actions and make the changes they want to improve their overall well-being.
