As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have accumulated expertise in managing mental health conditions in various settings. These include telemedicine, inpatient, and outpatient care settings.

I offer personalized treatment across a range of mental health disorders and challenges in life. I also have experience treating patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.

My approach focuses on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I strive to establish a trusting relationship with my patients and empower every patient I encounter.

When developing a care plan for each of my patients, I use a combination of clinical expertise, empathy, and evidence-based practices. I offer a wide range of mental health care services, including in-depth assessments, diagnostic evaluations, medication management/maintenance, and coping strategies, regardless of ethnicity, age, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs.
