Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional regulation. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or ready for change. I meet you where you are without judgment while helping you build insight, flexibility, and practical tools.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based interventions based on your needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your life, and therapy should be a supportive space where you feel understood, can be honest, and can work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and begin exploring what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, relationships, strengths, and what you hope to accomplish. You do not need to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll identify priorities and consider helpful next steps. I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions, and help you feel heard, respected, and comfortable.
