Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m passionate about bringing a relatable and contemporary vibe to the mental health space. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and my professional background includes work in psychiatric outpatient hospitals, public schools, and private practice.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, and OCD. My approach is holistic and comprehensive; I believe that while I provide the clinical tools, you remain the expert of your own life. I’m here to act as your partner in bridging the gap between your daily routine and your core values.

My approach to therapy

I lead with a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing a space where you feel truly heard and validated. My style is a blend of Existential Therapy and evidence-based techniques like CBT, REBT, and DBT.

Rather than sticking to "traditional talk therapy," I provide a well-rounded experience designed to empower you. We focus on:

  • Strengthening self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Developing assertive communication skills.
  • Navigating unique experiences with confidence and intention.
  • Exploring your purpose through an authentic partnership.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, intentional space where we begin building our connection. We will spend time discussing your unique story and the specific challenges—like neurodivergence or trauma—that brought you to therapy.

My goal for the first meeting is to ensure you feel understood and to begin identifying the "clinical tools" that best fit your mental landscape. We won't just dive into a checklist; we’ll start an authentic partnership aimed at helping you build the life you want, one intentional step at a time.
