Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping teens and adults overcome anxiety, stress, trauma, and low self-esteem so they can reconnect with their authentic selves and live a more balanced, meaningful life. As a former competitive athlete, I also specialize in working with current and former athletes, supporting them in managing performance anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism, confidence concerns, and athletic identity transitions. I have had the honor of providing mental health services to individuals for the last four and a half years.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach focused on creating lasting change. Together, we will explore the underlying patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while building on your existing strengths and resilience.

My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically and feel supported. We will work together to develop effective coping strategies, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful, sustainable growth.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a safe space to talk, I am here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. My goal is to understand your current challenges, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more clear about the path forward.

In the sessions to follow, we will work to overcome stressors, unhelpful thought patterns, and barriers that may be holding you back from living the life you want.

Finding the right therapist is a challenging yet important part of the healing process, and I commend you for taking this first step. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and encourage openness and feedback throughout our work together.
