Great to meet you!

I’m Nicole — and I’m really glad you found your way here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step (or sometimes a last resort), and I don’t take your trust lightly. My style is real, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest — even about the messy parts.

In our work together, you can expect a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out. We’ll get curious about what’s been weighing on you, reconnect you with your strengths, and find practical ways to move toward the life you actually want — not just the one you’ve been surviving.

My approach to therapy

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to continue your journey, I’m committed to making sure you feel heard, understood, and genuinely welcomed.

What you can expect from me

I bring several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, supporting trauma recovery, stress management, assertive communication, and teaching healthy coping skills. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of the school system, including IEPs and 504 plans, and I’m passionate about helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Looking forward to supporting you on your path forward!
