I'm Nicole, a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to meeting people where they are. I've spent years working with adults navigating probation and parole with co-occurring disorders, and with justice-involved youth and their families. I believe mental health care matters as much as physical health, and I genuinely welcome everyone who comes through my door. If you're ready to do the work, I'm here for it.
Therapy looks different for every person, and I bring a genuinely eclectic toolkit to meet you where you are. I'm trained in trauma-informed care and draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches, among others. We'll figure out together which combination fits best and build a treatment plan that actually works for your life.
Our first session is about getting to know each other and making sure you feel at ease. I'll ask about what brings you in, your background, and what you're hoping to change. There is no pressure to share more than you're ready for. My goal is that you leave feeling like you can be honest here, and that we've started building something that will actually help.
