Nicole graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency. She taught Special Education for 5 years before obtaining a Masters Degree of Education in Counseling in 1999. She has een in private practice in East Texas since 2004.
