Great to meet you!

I have over 11 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, attachment wounds, and patterns that leave them feeling misunderstood or alone. Many of the people I work with struggle with recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, trust issues, anxiety within relationships, low self-worth, or feeling stuck in unhealthy dynamics. You may long for deeper connection but find yourself repeating patterns that create distance instead. My work focuses on helping you better understand yourself, your relational patterns, and the emotional needs beneath them so you can build healthier, more secure, and more fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational and attachment-informed approach to therapy, working with clients who feel stuck in relationship cycles that are no longer serving them. Together, we explore how past experiences, attachment styles, and emotional triggers influence current behaviors and reactions. I help individuals and couples identify patterns of defensiveness, withdrawal, over-functioning, or conflict escalation, and develop healthier communication skills and emotional regulation tools. Therapy with me is collaborative and insight-oriented, focused on creating new perspectives, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening authentic, secure connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin exploring what feels stuck - whether that’s recurring arguments, emotional distance, dating struggles, trust concerns, or difficulty expressing needs. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your relationship history, patterns, and goals for therapy. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My aim is for you to leave with greater clarity about what’s happening beneath the surface and a clearer path toward building the kind of connection you truly want.
