Hello, I'm Nicole Head, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adolescents and adults. My goal is to provide clients with support and strategies for them to gain on their journey. I'm my clients cheerleaders until they are able to their own.
I'm client focused identifying thier strengths they can use to reach their goals. I provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment to aid in my clients feeling safe to open up and be themselves.
First, I always work on strategies to calm the symptoms and then calm the mind prior to ever discussing trauma. I want to ensure my clients are always emotionally safe first. The pace of therapy is directed by the client. Everything we work on in session I provide a copy of so my clients don't feel lost after session. They will also feel supported and have direction.
