Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation in Ohio. With nearly 12 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, beginning my career in an agency where I supported individuals facing a wide range of diagnoses.

For the past six years, I’ve transitioned to offering counseling via telemedicine, which has allowed me to meet clients in their own environments, fostering comfort and openness. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to empower you as we navigate the challenges you may be facing.

I specialize in helping individuals through difficult transitions and rough patches in their lives. My approach is compassionate and empathetic, focusing on building a supportive therapeutic relationship. Having experienced my own challenges, I understand the importance of having a safe space to share and explore feelings.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I am here to listen and provide guidance. I look forward to working together to identify your strengths and cultivate resilience on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe that understanding and genuine connection form the foundation for personal growth in therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a warm, affirming, and empowering environment where clients feel safe to express themselves and open up to the possibilities of change.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual in front of me. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based practices, humanistic approaches, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), positive psychology, behavioral therapies, and Gestalt techniques, I adapt my methods to best fit each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

I view my clients as the experts on their own lives, and my role is to provide a supportive space and effective tools that facilitate their journey toward achieving their goals.

I particularly enjoy working with clients dealing with stress management, anxiety, and depression, as well as navigating family relationship challenges. Additionally, I have a passion for supporting those experiencing grief, bereavement, and trauma.

Together, we will explore your experiences, develop strategies for coping, and work toward a fulfilling path of self-discovery and healing.
