Great to meet you!

One of my favorite things about therapy is coming along next to people and being their guide, sounding board, or whatever you want to call it while you navigate life. I have found a lot of times we all just need a safe space where we can let it all out in a judgment-free zone. There are no perfect people and we are all out here just trying to make it.

University of Montana with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2007

University of North Texas with a Masters in Education, Counseling in 2012.

My approach to therapy

I love working with people who are ready to work on themselves not because they need to change but because they are ready to live life more freely. I often find myself talking to clients who are so tired of fitting into all the social norms and pressure and ready to just let go.

I am often drawn to clients who are struggling in their relationships, and with the daily anxieties of life.

As a single parent I also love working with parents who find themselves struggling with the daily challenges

What you can expect from me

I want clients to leave sessions feeling empowered, and like they have grown in some way, even if it just a tiny amount.
