Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I have specialized training and extensive experience in trauma, while also supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment and feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply feel stuck and ready for change, I’m here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, so my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you in, and learning what you hope to get out of therapy. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or adult, I want you to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. With children, I also focus on creating a space where they can feel safe being themselves and express what they’re experiencing in ways that feel natural to them. There’s no pressure to have all the answers on day one, we’ll take it one step at a time and figure it out together.
