Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a LCSW with years of experience treating young adults to mid-life adults. My areas of specialty and focus are depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, eating disorders and mid-life issues.

I have received my Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. I have worked with clients in IOP, PHP, inpatient, agency and private practice settings.

My passion is in facilitating personal growth and assisting individuals in overcoming challenging obstacles in their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collaborative one. My intention is to understand your goals and help you discover a deep self understanding of yourself. I am down to earth and will provide a safe space where you can be honest with me. I will guide, support and challenge you through your personal growth journey.

I provide an integrated approach to counseling incorporating aspects of CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused therapies.

What you can expect from me

Client's can expect a non judgmental environment that fosters positive change to take place. I will challenge your thinking to make you look at your presenting issues in other ways. I want my clients to leave a session with hope and a new way of thinking.
