LGBTQIA+, Relationship Issues, Substance Use / Addiction, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Masters in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. My areas of passion to work with include: complex trauma (relational and childhood trauma, dissociative disorders, etc), LGBTQ+ population, identity work, substance abuse and eating disorders. I typically see clients ages 13 and up. At this time, I am only seeing individual clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a relationship is key between you and your therapist. I enjoy getting to know you as a person because there is no one size fits all in therapy! My approach is relational and humanistic but I also incorporate things from a holistic approach as there may be unmet needs outside the therapy room!

What you can expect from our first session

My goals for you may be different from what your goals are but I appreciate a collaborative approach since it is ultimately you who is impacted. My overall goal for clients typically involves healing. What healing looks like to you? That is your decision!
