Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University and have been working as a therapist for the past three years.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to be themselves and explore meaningful change. I value collaboration and believe that therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or emotional regulation, my goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary focus is creating a comfortable, welcoming space where you can begin to feel at ease. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to gain from our work together.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you. We’ll begin identifying goals at your pace and discuss next steps moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what therapy can look like for you.
