I'm a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience providing counseling in schools, clinics and university-based settings. I have helped children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, trauma, ADHD and anger.

I utilize a combination of talk therapy, sand tray therapy, child play therapy and CBT. My treatment approach is primarily client-centered; with the understanding that building a strong, trusting relationship is the most essential component of effective therapy.

If you’ve struggled with traditional talk therapy in the past, sand tray therapy may be a gentle and transformative alternative.

I will provide your child a safe space to explore their feelings and learn coping skills through interactive therapy sessions. For adults facing increased stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or trauma I provide a non-judgmental space to be heard, understood and gently challenged. Please note that I see clients under the age of 14 at my office in Towson only.
