Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on helping individuals overcome anxiety, excessive overthinking, worst-case scenario assumptions, and self-criticism. I am committed to guiding you in releasing guilt, cultivating self-compassion, and breaking free from the cycle of anxious, scary thoughts. Clients often describe me as authentic, nonjudgmental, intelligent, and approachable—basically, the human version of your favorite comfy sweater, but with a sense of humor. We’ll have moments where we laugh because, let’s face it, sometimes life is so ridiculous that laughter is the only sane response.

I specialize in uncovering and addressing the root causes of challenges, often linked to past experiences and emotional wounds that influence negative beliefs about ourselves and the world. Together, we’ll focus on releasing fears and fostering a more compassionate, peaceful, and fulfilling life.

I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care amidst busy and demanding lives. That’s why I provide virtual counseling, allowing you to access therapy conveniently from your safe space—even in your car between appointments, work, or errands. Reach out today for a free consultation and take the first step toward rediscovering peace.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based methods including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll get to the root causes of your anxiety and self-doubt so you can build real confidence and lasting calm.

What you can expect from me

My approach is non-judgmental, authentic and focused on lasting change. Together we’ll gently quiet self-doubt and help you feel safe and grounded again. I offer secure online sessions and accept insurance. If you’re ready to begin healing and find calm within yourself, I’d be honored to support you.
