Hi, I’m a board‐certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with years of experience in private practice, crisis care, and correctional settings. I also have over a decade as an RN in both mental health and medical specialties.
I know mental health and substance use carry a lot of stigma, so I work hard to make this a judgment‐free zone where you can feel comfortable and heard. I offer medication management for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use disorders, mood instability, and more — always aiming for the least medication needed, for the shortest time possible.
