Great to meet you!

I hold compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive space where you will experience the security and safety to explore and work through deeply-held feelings, release blockages, experience shifts, and gain insight. I have over two decades of experience working in various healing and teaching capacities with highly diverse populations of adults, children and families. I utilize a relational and collaborative approach to therapy where you feel seen, heard, and develop tools to guide your progress.
