I specialize in EMDR (EMDRIA-approved formal training), Brainspotting (Phases 1-5, Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Certification in Hypnotherapy. I have obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's Degree in Education with background in teaching students with disabilities in special education. I specialize in treating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, Grief & Loss (including bereavement, break ups, abandonment, and major life transitions). I often utilize visualization, guided imagery, and mindfulness as resources for emotional regulation, and I facilitate creativity, new perspectives and self-awareness.
