Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist, licensed in Massachusetts. I work with children/adolescents (12 years and older), and young adults. I have experience working with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing issues with trauma/PTSD, divorce/separation, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, dual diagnosis, behavioral issues, family concerns and those who identify as LGBTQ. To inquire about availability please send me a message.

My approach to therapy

As a passionate, highly empathetic, strength-based therapist, I believe in a collaborative approach. I assist clients in defining their individual path to healing. I implement person-centered and strength-based approaches, meeting each client where they are at and embracing them with compassion and empathy. I utilize integrated evidence-based practices to create a tailored approach for each individual and their own situation.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away skills, knowledge, and a sense of empowerment from clinical sessions with me. It is my hope clients leave each session with a more effective approach and thought process to manage emotions and life's stressors/challenges.
