Great to meet you!

If you're overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or caught in cycles of anger that strain your relationships, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, and I help adolescents, adults, couples, and families when life feels like too much.

In community mental health, school-based counseling, and private practice, I've supported clients through anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I have particular experience with adolescents, court-involved youth, and families working to rebuild trust.

I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I offer in-person and virtual sessions across Georgia. My focus is practical: to understand what you're carrying, build coping skills that last, and help you reach calmer, more connected days.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership. My style is collaborative, warm, and direct — I'll help you notice the patterns keeping you stuck and give you tools you can use right away. Because no two people are alike, I tailor evidence-based approaches to you.

For individual work, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to shift unhelpful thinking, plus Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to build momentum. I also draw on Humanistic, Gestalt, and Positive Psychology to help you reconnect with your strengths.

When relationships or family dynamics are central, I use Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Couples Therapy to improve communication and rebuild trust. My work stays trauma-informed throughout.

In sessions, we'll set clear goals, track progress, and adjust as you grow.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a steady, supportive partner who is fully invested in your goals. Early on, we'll focus on understanding what brought you here and what you want to be different.

Over time, most of my clients notice real shifts: less anxiety and reactivity, a calmer relationship with anger, and more confidence under stress. You'll build coping skills you can use long after our work ends, communicate more openly with the people who matter, and set boundaries that protect your peace.

My hope is that you leave therapy not just feeling better, but understanding why — with tools you trust and a clearer sense of who you are. Change is possible, wherever you're starting from, and you don't have to do it alone.
