Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2024. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, using evidence-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and work through difficult experiences. I believe healing is a choice, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, embrace growth, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

To best support my clients, I create a safe, compassionate space using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we work to reintegrate the past with the present, making trauma a manageable part of life rather than a controlling force.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where we take time to get to know each other and understand what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, experiences, strengths, and goals, and begin identifying what you would like to work toward in therapy. Together, we will develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you, while beginning to explore practical tools and strategies that can support you between sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
