Great to meet you!

When I'm not with clients, you can find me:

  • Recharging in Nature: Whether I'm hiking a local trail or simply sitting under a tree, I find that the outdoors is one of the most powerful places for reflection and peace.
  • Connecting with Loved Ones: My family and friends are my greatest source of joy and remind me of the importance of community and connection.
  • Nourishing My Body: I’m a firm believer in the link between healthy eating and mental clarity—though I’m always happy to share a favorite recipe!
  • Embracing the Magic of Disney: I am a lifelong Disney fan who finds inspiration in the timeless stories of resilience, hope, and the "happily ever after" we are all working toward.

My approach to therapy

Helping you heal means honoring the whole self; where you've been, how you think, and what truly grounds you. My approach bridges the gap between Mind, Body, and Soul to create lasting change. By combining the practical tools of CBT (Mind) with the deep self-discovery of Psychodynamic therapy (Body/History) and the grounding power of Spirituality (Soul), we address not just your symptoms, but your essence. Together, we will transform old patterns into a path of purpose, alignment, and peace that honors both your mental health and your soul’s journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is a dedicated space for you to land softly. My goal is to get to know all sides of you—your history, your current challenges, and your highest hopes—in an environment of complete non-judgment. I believe that true healing begins with an open-minded connection, and I focus on building a warm rapport that allows you to feel truly seen and heard from the very start.

I bring a calm, grounding presence to our work, ensuring that our first meeting feels less like an interview and more like a gentle, purposeful conversation. You can expect a safe haven where every part of your story is welcome.
