Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting clients through the incomparable and amazing, but often complicated and overwhelming, journey of parenthood, as well as through pregnancy loss and postpartum. As a long time youth clinician and a parent myself, I empathize with the challenges caregivers face and aim to support parents and families through the adjustment to parenthood and all of the stages that come after. I am also very knowledgeable about and can provide consultation on: youth mental health, DCF, juvenile justice, children with special needs and the processes of special education eligibility and IEP and 504 development.

My approach to therapy

I also aim to help support adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use disorders. I have seventeen years of experience with counseling in various settings, including home-based, juvenile detention, public schools, inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment centers, family court, and remote.

What you can expect from me

I believe in empowering my clients to access their own innate strengths in order for them to cope and thrive. I strongly believe that all of my clients, with a little bit of support, have the capacity to live lives that are content and fulfilled. I know that you can break free from the stressors and obstacles keeping you from leading the life you desire.
