Great to meet you!

Welcome! I enjoy working with clients to develop new skills and overcome challenges so that they can move from feeling stuck to being empowered. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with extensive experience treating individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we will work to uncover strengths you may not know you have and use them to support the treatment process. I believe a person-centered, strengths-based approach is an important foundation to support clients as we navigate difficult issues. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different modalities that suit each client's needs, to support and guide clients who want to create positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for each client is a priority for me. I strive to work with each client to develop skills that support their own growth, as each individual is unique in how they view and interact with the world. Clients have shared that they feel affirmed, respected, and empowered in our sessions.
