Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 25 years of clinical experience providing executive leadership and and behavioral health services to adults across outpatient, community mental health, integrated behavioral health, and medical settings.

I specialize in supporting people with complex mental illness, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including Autism & Down Syndrome, as well as Eating Disorders across all genders. I also work with women’s issues, body image/dysmorphia, Post-Partum Depression & Anxiety, PMDD, Bipolar I & II, trauma, anxiety, panic, and ritualistic behaviors.

My approach to therapy

Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep commitment to working with individuals navigating complex, layered, and often co-occurring challenges. I am especially drawn to cases that feel “complicated” or overwhelming, and I bring a steady, grounded presence to situations where clients may have felt misunderstood, dismissed, or stuck.

What you can expect from me

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I believe in helping people reconnect with hope—even when it feels out of reach—and in building treatment that is both supportive and skill-based. I am not afraid of complexity, and I work to meet each person with curiosity, respect, and a belief in their capacity for growth and change.
