Great to meet you!

You may be used to being the person who keeps everything together, even when things feel overwhelming behind the scenes. Maybe anxiety is making it difficult to slow down, a relationship or family situation has become harder to manage, or a major life change has left you feeling stuck. You may not even know exactly what needs to change, only that you don’t want to keep feeling this way. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I help children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship and family concerns, and major life transitions. With more than 20 years of experience in social work and education, I understand that everyone responds to challenges differently. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and focus on practical strategies that can help you feel more capable, connected, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop tools that actually fit into your everyday life. For couples and families, I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to improve communication, strengthen connection, and create healthier relationship patterns.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn’t about handing you a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. It’s about having a space where you can be honest about what’s going on, feel understood, and work together toward meaningful change. We’ll start where you are and figure out what you need most. I invite you to book a free consultation when you are ready.
