Great to meet you!

My name is Nicole Lara and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have my Master's Degree in Social Work and specialize in depression, anxiety, addiction, relationships, and trauma focused care.

My approach to therapy

I bring a sense of humor to our session that allows clients to feel at ease and help us to form a healthy working relationship. I am direct and straight forward because I want us to be open and honest in order for us to make progress and gain insight into the struggles you are currently facing. We will walk your journey together and I will be there to support, encourage, and challenge you along the way!

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming environment that encourages you to feel comfortable with being uncomfortable. I know it can be difficult to reach out for support, so I want to make you feel at ease so you can focus on becoming the best version of you! We all deserve to be happy and healthy and this is a huge step in that direction. I want you to leave our session feeling heard, empowered, and ready for change!
