Great to meet you!

I am licensed in New York and New Jersey with 15 years post graduate experience. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I work with clients struggling with stress and anxiety, trauma & abuse, relationship issues, child and adolescent problems, high conflict parenting, family conflicts, & the child welfare system. I will tailor our dialoge and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults and families in a safe, supportive environment. Adult therapy is a space for you to explore self-discovery, increase self-awareness, recognize your intuition, build strength and deepen self-acceptance. Therapy for children and adolescents incorporates art and play therapy, sessions are interactive and goal-oriented.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone wants to be happy. Therapy is one way to help achieve this. Let's work together to create a stronger and resilient version of you and your family. I listen compassionately, with a supportive, open mind so that we can find ways to relieve stress and navigate the challenges of life with purpose and meaning.
