Great to meet you!
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Seeking counseling is an investment in yourself and your future. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate difficult seasons, discover their strengths, and work toward healing, hope, and lasting personal growth. With more than 25 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families, I've had the opportunity to help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, parenting struggles, family conflict, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and believe that every person has strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children and families, youth involved in the juvenile justice system, at-risk adolescents, and adults seeking personal growth, improved relationships, and greater life satisfaction. My background also includes helping individuals develop job readiness skills and supporting adults in achieving educational and career goals.
For clients who desire it, I offer Christian faith-based counseling that thoughtfully integrates biblical principles with evidence-based therapeutic practices. I believe faith can be a powerful source of healing and hope, and I am honored to support clients who wish to incorporate their relationship with God into the counseling process. Whether you are seeking traditional counseling or faith-integrated therapy, my goal is to help you find healing, resilience, and practical tools to move forward with confidence.
