Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being honest, imperfect, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. I value clear communication, emotional attunement, and meeting clients where they are rather than rushing the process. My goal is to support you in building insight, confidence, and tools that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I work alongside clients to understand their experiences, identify patterns, and develop insight at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I integrate evidence-based techniques while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs and goals. I prioritize creating a trusting, nonjudgmental space where growth, self-reflection, and meaningful change can occur.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, supportive, and low-pressure first session focused on building comfort and understanding. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have, without any pressure to share more than you’re ready to. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have about the therapy process. The goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about what working together may look like.
