Great to meet you!

Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much,” that you’re overly sensitive, or that you make mountains out of molehills. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or frustrated that you can’t seem to control them. Moving through daily life without a sense of emotional steadiness can feel exhausting and isolating. Do you find yourself easily triggered—by relationships, the state of the world, your family, or even your children? These are challenging times, and you’re not alone in feeling this way. The good news is: you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

I work best with clients who are ready to engage in their growth and create a life rooted in joy, purpose, and authenticity. If you’re ready to step off the emotional roller coaster and into a more grounded, empowered way of living, I invite you to reach out. I’m available by phone and email and would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

Through a holistic, mind-body approach, I help you gently explore not only what’s happening in your thoughts, but also how your body is holding and expressing those experiences. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding, reconnecting, and creating space for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is all about getting to know you and what has brought you to counseling now. Therapy is a collaboration between us to help you grow and thrive in your best life. We will go through an intake process which often feels like playing a game of 20 questions. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions as well. It is important that this is a good fit for you as you walk this healing path.
