Great to meet you!

I use a very eclectic therapeutic approach that are appropriate in meeting client needs. I’m a culturally competent therapist who is dedicated about helping you understand your full self, your experiences, your relationships and how to navigate in the world you live in. I provide therapy on a wide range of issues such as trauma, mood dysregulation, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management, parenting, domestic violence, educational concerns, work and life balance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach includes a combination of narrative therapy to help clients’ identify their values and skills associated within self and to externalize their issues rather than internalize them; and evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy to incorporate mindfulness along with other strategies to help achieve goals. My primary purpose is helping you achieve your goals, by meeting you where you are, so you are able to feel the emotions that ultimately leads to the healing process.
