Great to meet you!

We all carry a story that shapes who we are. The experiences that brought you here—both painful and meaningful—deserve to be met with care, curiosity, and respect. As an anxiety therapist in NY, I recognize how crucial it is to have a safe space to talk therapy where your story is heard and held with compassion. You don’t have to face navigating major life changes alone; I’m here to offer steady support as you make sense of your past, present, and future. Together, through online therapy in New York, we can create room for healing from trauma support, clarity, and new possibilities.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to be “the strong one.” You get to be supported, heard, and understood. We’ll work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable, using evidence‐based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma‐informed care.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply human. I show up as a real person—present and compassionate—so you can feel safe enough to slow down and explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools that support real change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we slow things down and get to know what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, your strengths, and what feels most urgent right now. We’ll explore what you’ve been navigating, clarify your goals, and talk through what support might look like moving forward. My role is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and never rushed. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a collaborative plan for next steps.
