Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist who works with teens, adults, and older adults. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs. I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Together, we work to build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and achieve meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your concerns, background, and goals while providing a safe and supportive environment. Together, we will identify areas of focus and create a plan that feels right for you.
