Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice, where I work with children, adults, and families to navigate life’s most meaningful (and challenging) moments. Whether you're facing a transition, parenting stress, emotional overwhelm, or relationship struggles, I provide a warm, collaborative space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin the process of change. I offer both in-person sessions in Westchester and virtual therapy across New York State.

My approach to therapy

My specializations are in child/adolescent psychotherapy, family therapy, and perinatal mental health. I also have significant experience treating medically complex individuals and those navigating high-risk behaviors, suicidality, and trauma. I tailor therapy to your unique needs—integrating active listening, practical strategies, and evidence-based tools.

I believe psychotherapy is a space where we can make sense of your internal experience—your thoughts, feelings, memories, and patterns —and begin to relate to yourself and others with greater clarity and compassion. I approach our work together with deep respect for your inner world and the courage it takes to share it.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the following steps as we get started:

  • Free 15-minute phone consultation
  • Schedule by phone or through website for first appointment
  • First several appointments will focus on my getting to know you, your background, and why you are coming to therapy at this time
  • I will present you with an overview: What I believe will be the focus of our work (may involve helping you understand your diagnosis); An estimated timeline of our therapy; For family and/or child therapy, a plan for how to organize our sessions and who will be present for sessions (e.g., sessions with child only, parent sessions separately 2x/month)
