Great to meet you!

For over 15 years I have been treating adults and adolescents who are suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues and everyday life stressors. I additionally worked with Veterans of all eras.

Although I practice evidenced based practice, I also know that we are all individuals and treatments should be specialized to meet our needs.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in CBT for anxiety and depression. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation in my practice. I additionally am trained and certified in couples counseling (IBCT - Integrated Behavior Couples Therapy)
