I have a Masters in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University and have been had my license since 2011, I have worked in a variety of settings from corrections to private practice, and counsel individuals, families, and couples.
I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, divorce, trauma, and self esteem issues.
Therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy.
