I work with adults experiencing substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals in early recovery, those navigating shame, guilt, and ambivalence about change, and clients working to rebuild trust in themselves and others. I am committed to inclusive, affirming care and strive to support clients across diverse identities and backgrounds.
My goal is to walk alongside clients as they strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and aligned with their values.
