Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I work to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences honestly, build insight, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, solution-focused, and rooted in respect for each client’s unique story and lived experience.

I am a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with a strong background in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and trauma-informed care. My professional experience includes working in inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment settings, facilitating individual and group therapy, providing psychoeducation, and supporting clients navigating complex life transitions in regards to substance use either past or present. I

I work with adults experiencing substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals in early recovery, those navigating shame, guilt, and ambivalence about change, and clients working to rebuild trust in themselves and others. I am committed to inclusive, affirming care and strive to support clients across diverse identities and backgrounds.

My goal is to walk alongside clients as they strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and aligned with their values.

My approach to therapy

My work is informed by person-in-environment and human-centered frameworks, and I integrate evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-informed approaches. I am especially mindful of how trauma, systemic barriers, identity, and social context impact mental health and recovery. I have a direct approach with clients to help hold them accountable and gain insight on their patterns and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will involve dialogue where we can get to know each other and build rapport that allows me to gain insight on the areas of your life that I can assist you in changing and improving.
