Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood, while also feeling supported to grow. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, and I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll explore what’s beneath the surface while also building practical tools you can use outside of session. I balance compassion with accountability because I believe growth often comes from feeling both supported and challenged. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you beyond the problem that brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your story, what’s been weighing on you, what you’re hoping will be different, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. I also want you to get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit so I encourage questions and open conversation. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer direction for where we can go together.
