Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who believes deeply in creating inclusive, affirming, and judgment-free spaces where people can show up exactly as they are. My work is grounded in trauma-informed body-based modalities. I am committed to honoring each client’s lived experience, identity, and autonomy. I am a kink-affirming and sex-positive therapist, and I actively strive to reduce stigma around sexuality, relationship structure, and alternative forms of expression. I value working with individuals who may feel misunderstood, pathologized, or marginalized in traditional therapeutic settings.

I work closely with people in the spiritual/pagan communities, the LGBTQ+ community, couples, and multi-partner relationships. I have specialized training in substance use issues and assist clients in living a multifaceted life through non shaming practices.

My approach to therapy

Some therapeutic styles I use include DBT, humanistic, somatic approaches, EMDR, art therapy, existential therapy and meaning making. However, I will adapt my style based on what you need.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will learn more about what you would like out of therapy. During treatment, we will listen to what your body is saying and improve your sense of self. Depending on what you prefer, I provide space for you to process, or I can adjust to a more conversational approach. I offer empathy, warmth, and humor to our sessions. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation via phone or text at 216-868-7911. I am currently only seeing clients on Mondays.
