Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! My name is Nicole, and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s in Social Work from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals facing challenges with depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, and post-traumatic stress. My approach is both compassionate and practical, providing a safe and empowering space for you to explore, heal, and grow.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe that therapy should feel safe, warm, and tailored to you—there’s no “one size fits all” here. Together, we’ll explore different approaches, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Mindfulness-Based practices, and find what feels right for you. Whether you’re looking to gain practical tools, build resilience, or just have someone to talk to, I’m here to support you in a way that feels genuine and comfortable.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll find a welcoming space where you feel heard and respected. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter and more connected to yourself. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, manage stress, and create steps that feel empowering. Clients often say therapy with me feels like talking with a friend—with real growth and support. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey, and I’m here to help you find clarity, peace, and balance.
